A group of designers, business, hospitality and retail specialists realised: “Sake is fantastic. Too bad not more people know that”. No-one really understands what Sake is. Never mind that people know what to choose when faced with a shelf with illegible labels. Few brands are trying to change that. We investigated the possibilities. Is it possible to market a strong Sake brand that helps people choose and makes choosing easier? With these questions in mind, we got to work and developed a plan to build and launch a new product and brand.
